Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place the jewelry back in its original Amada Diamonds presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
